"Russia needs long-term capital, that is the big issue for the country and we are solving that issue by working with other private equity investors and leading sovereign wealth funds. So for example with China Investment Corporation we established the Russia/China fund," Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of Russian Direct Investment, told CNBC.
